A NOTE REGARDING GAME REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Please register by 1800hrs the day before the game to provide us time to notify players of any schedule changes or cancellations.

• Games may be cancelled due to weather, unsafe field conditions, low attendance, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the club's control.

• Cancellation decisions are usually made between 1800hrs and 2000hrs the night before the event

• Cancellation notifications the night before importantly provides travelling players time to determine their travel plans the next morning.

• If a game is cancelled, all registered players will receive an automatic email notification.

• CHECK YOUR EMAIL THE MORNING OF THE GAME FOR ANY CANCELLATION NOTIFICATIONS. ​

NOTE

• Messaging the club on the morning of a game by ANY of the contact mediums may not receive a prompt response, as Range Officers/organisers are often on-site way in advance of the game day schedule preparing the field and facilities for the day.

• If you are unable to attend after registering, we can make arrangements to pass your field/equipment fee onto another game

• You can still do a ‘walk-up’ on the day to play if you have failed to register… BUT BRING CASH!
